How do I place a custom order?

What file types do you accept for custom designs?
We accept PNG, JPG, AI, and PSD files. For best results, please provide high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher).
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer tiered discounts:
• 5-10 items: 10% off
• 11-20 items: 15% off
• 21+ items: 20% off
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
Standard orders: 1-2 business days
Custom orders: 2-3 business days
Bulk orders: 3-5 business days
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we offer local pickup in Spartanburg County. Select this option during checkout.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and delivery location. Rates are displayed at checkout.

How should I care for my DTF printed items?
• Wash inside out in cold water
• Tumble dry low
• No bleach
• Iron inside out if needed
What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes XS-3XL in adult apparel and XS-XL in youth sizes. Check our size guide for detailed measurements.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for defective items. Custom orders are final sale. Please review our return policy for complete details.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Size exchanges are available for non-custom items in original condition. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
