CUSTOM ORDERS
🎨 Due to the personalized nature of our products:

• Custom Design Orders:
- Are final sale
- Cannot be returned or exchanged
- Quality issues must be reported within 7 days
- Photo evidence required for quality claims

• Exceptions for Custom Orders:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect size shipped
- Wrong design printed
- Damaged during shipping

STANDARD PRODUCTS
👕 For non-customized items:

• Return Eligibility:
- 30-day return window from delivery
- Items must be unworn
- Original tags attached
- Original packaging preferred
- No signs of wear, washing, or alterations

• Non-Returnable Items:
- Worn or washed items
- Items without original tags
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Custom designed pieces
- Bulk orders after approval
