PRODUCTION TIMEFRAMES
📦 All orders are custom made in Spartanburg, SC with care and attention to detail:

• Standard Production Times:
- DTF Printed Items: 3-5 business days
- Embroidered Items: 4-7 business days
- Custom Designs: 5-7 business days
- Bulk Orders (5+ items): 7-10 business days

Note: During peak seasons or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.

• Standard Shipping (USPS)
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
- Cost Structure:
* Orders under \$50: \$7.99
* Orders \$50-\$100: \$5.99
* Orders over \$100: FREE shipping

• Local Pickup (Spartanburg County, SC)
- Available Monday-Friday
- No additional cost
- Pickup arranged within 24 hours of completion
- Must show ID and order confirmation

BULK ORDER SHIPPING
📦 Special rates for larger orders:
- 5-10 items: 10% off shipping
- 11-20 items: 15% off shipping
- 21+ items: 20% off shipping

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
